Blurries offers bespoke lighting and sculptural objects designed with architectural precision. All products are made to order. Specifications, dimensions and finishes are confirmed during the order process. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is required to confirm your order. We accept bank transfers.
As all pieces are made to order, lead times vary between 6–14 weeks depending on the product and finish. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing an order. After this period, production may have commenced and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
All content on this website — including designs, images, text and graphics — is the intellectual property of Martin Lukačka / Blurries and is protected by applicable copyright and design laws. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blurries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
